Cue Sport Supplies Delivery & Returns Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY :
1. All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Products will not be delivered until payment process is cleared. Please confirm correct delivery address, contact number and email ID after purchase.
2. Your product will be shipped from our stockroom in Geelong. Orders are packed and sent via our Delivery partners. Orders accepted are for Australian addresses only.
3. We aspire to ship at the most reasonable rates, but, for larger items like a pool table, shipping arrangements will be made directly with the buyer.
4. Once a purchase is confirmed, a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number will be sent to the buyer’s email. This can be used to track the delivery of your item.
5. Billiard tables will either be shipped semi-assembled or fully assembled, depending on the buyer’s nearest courier depot. Pool tables are normally fully assembled, but depending on the situation of freight, legs and base may just be packed. Tables in Victoria will be delivered by us and personally set up. Interstate orders may incur an extra cost for delivery & assembly.
6. Professional home delivery and assembly service is only available for the closest delivery locations at the moment. Upstairs/downstairs movement may incur extra cost. Please include your access options — ground floor, upstairs, downstairs, have elevators, etc.
SCHEDULE & TIME FRAME :
1. All online orders are normally dispatched within 3-4 working days of the purchase being confirmed and cleared. Any dates and times quoted for delivery of products are estimations only, they do not reflect exact time frames and are not part of the agreement.
2. Expected standard delivery time is 2-7 working days. If item is unattended on delivery day, order will be sent to the nearest Australia Post Office.
3. Pool table manufacture time is around 6-8 weeks. Peak season may take longer.
IN-STORE PICK UP & RETURN :
1. In-store self-pick-up is available from our showroom in 1 Foch St, North Shore VIC 3214, Australia only. The same goes for returns, buyer will have to bear the expenses.
2. For other regions, buyers can pick-up from the nearest courier depot. Contact us for freight cost and depot location.
DAMAGES & REPLACEMENTS :
1. We take the upmost care and patience in packaging your product. Should anything arrive damaged due to transit, please advise us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0467474394.
2. If products arrived faulty, or not as per the order placed, please contact us instantly at email@example.com or call 0467474394 so we can authorize replacement at the earliest.
3. All claims of damages or incorrect products must be made within 48hrs of receipt of the product.
RETURNS & REFUNDS :
1. We are not obligated to replace or refund your product if you simply changed your mind.
2. Buyers are entitled for replacement or refund only if products have a major defect such as: ○ Product is defective or damaged beyond use ○ Product is not as described in the transaction ○ Different from a sample shown displayed or wrong product is delivered ○ Do not perform as they are supposed to
3. Items can only be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.
4. Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Buyers will have to bear the expenses for return-shipping.
5. Cues need to be returned un-chalked and unused. All other items need to be returned in their original packaging.
6. Bulky goods such as pool tables and billiard tables may not be returned. Call or email us regarding issues on such products.

8. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE :Due to social distancing, sanitizing, and careful packaging of our products during this ongoing pandemic, products delivery dates might vary. Australia Post and other carriers are similarly experiencing significant delays. Please allow for additional days of delays for deliveries.
Your tracking number will display and notify you when an item is being dispatched. Kindly check your inbox. Feel free to email or call us if you didn’t get a tracking code.
